Post a video about the different kinds of experiences you can get at the park for health and wellness, e.g. the pond being great for meditation and relaxation, which trails to take for a relaxing walk, which trails to take for a decent hike, and which trails to take for a challenging trek.
Park Interpretive Specialist will lead 3 hikes that day, 1 very easy stroll, 1 moderate hike, and 1 challenging hike.
