“Take 5 with Jack at Jack London State Historic Park” Wellness Video Series

During challenging times we know that stress and anxiety levels can be high and that many people find relief in the natural world. To help, we want to bring a bit of the park’s natural beauty to you through sight and sound. This short-video series focuses on sharing one part of the park with you each episode, along with techniques and activities to help manage stress and engage with Nature in meaningful ways. Each video will end with roughly 3 minutes of stillness focusing on the sounds and sights of the natural world. New episodes are released each Friday. We hope that you can enjoy a 5 minute break with us each week to relax and unwind.
