June 16, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Not just a walk in the woods, the practice of forest bathing (Shinrinyoku) involves using all of one’s senses to take in the forest atmosphere. Developed in Japan in the 1980s, this meditative practice has proven health benefits including lowering stress hormones and raising immunity. Join us on a forest bathing, meditative walk through Sugar Pine Preserve.
